Vengatesh (CRV) | Managing Director

CRV is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years of experience in management and finance. After beginning his career with Frazer & Ross (now Deloitte India), he turned an entrepreneur, and founded Teknoturf. He has nurtured the company with a maverick leadership ethos that puts people first. Over the years, this has resulted in an agile culture that truly seeks to help customers succeed, a workplace where autonomy is valued, and ethics serve as the ultimate guide.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Teknoturf, Atna Technologies and Gramener. Vengatesh is also a founding Charter Member of TiE-Coimbatore, and an active volunteer of The Art of Living.

Vanitha Raghavan | Senior Vice President – Learning

One of Teknoturf’s first team members, Vanitha has played a central role in shaping the company’s quality-focussed, people-first culture. She currently leads the company’s Learning portfolio, architects Learning offerings for customers and leads Teams that develop world-class Learning Assets.

Beginning her career as a Trainer, she went on to lead NIIT’s technical team in Coimbatore during a period when IT Training in India became the foundation that launched the industry to where it is today. Over three decades, she has acquired significant experience in executing Skill Development programs at scale for corporates, academic institutions, and professionals seeking career growth.

Above all, she blends expertise, warmth, and faith to serve colleagues as a mentor, and leader.

D George Kirubaharan | Senior Vice President – Consulting

George is a Certified Enterprise Architect with 20+ years of IT experience and has been with Teknoturf since its inception in 1997. Having been a top notch trainer for a part of his career, he has a rich experience in consulting, developing and architecting large scale projects across different domains like Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Airways, Retail and others. He demonstrates expertise in executing complete project lifecycle of software products, including requirements definition, design, development and application testing. His technical expertise includes Web Technologies (Java/J2EE), Integration Technologies (Web Services, MQ, JMS), IBM Filenet and IBM SOA Suite (Message Broker, Data Power, Process Server, ESB, Service Registry, and Business Monitor).

Uma Tirugnanam | Vice President – Corporate Sales

Uma Thirugnanam has more than twenty five years of experience across divergent fields in the industry with a primary focus on Sales and Services. Her forte is Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Engagement Management, Account Management, Program Management, Business Management, Business Partner Management, Channel Management, Corporate Marketing, Public Relations, Teaching & College administration, Training, Content creation, Facilitating, Coaching, Mentoring, Trekking & Wildlife photography and Heritage tours.
She worked in IBM India with the Software Services and Business Partner teams. Prior to that, she enjoyed teaching Business communication to undergraduate business students. She partners with customers and employees in a thought provoking and creative process to inspire them to maximize their personal and professional potential, as a Business coach, Learning consultant, Facilitator and Mentor. She is currently doing her research study in the field of Feminism and Dravidian translations
At Teknoturf, Uma focusses on strategizing alliances, creating new learning offerings and designing sales plays.

V. Krishnan | Vice President – Customer Success

Krishnan has over two decades of experience in Information Technology, Project Management, and Education (academia and corporate).

Before joining Teknoturf, he was associated with HCL Technologies where he held various roles including Global Head (Talent Development Services) responsible for all Learning Services, and Head (Campus Force), responsible for all Fresher Recruitment and Training. Over the course of his career, he has set up an offshore India Delivery Center for a US-headquartered IT solutions corporation, and run an engineering college. All through his career, Krishnan has been a Trainer as well – keeping true to his conviction that the person who learns the most in a classroom is the teacher.

He has been awarded the Gold Star by PMI for contributions to the Project
Management Community, been a member of the Project Board for Nasscom’s Sector Skill Council, and serves on the Governing Council of the LNMIIT (Jaipur).

Muthuselvan A | Vice President – Product Engineering

Muthu has more than two decades of experience in architecting and building enterprise level products across different domains such as Life Insurance, Product Lifecycle Management, Human Capital Management and Learning Management.
He has industry-recognized expertise in architecting configurable products using various rule engines and process engines. He architected The Policy Processor ( TPP), which won two prestigious XCelent awards from Celent for Advanced Technology and Breadth of Functionality. TPP, with the help of underlying complex rules engine, workflow/process engine, case management and integration engine reduces the time taken to underwrite a new insurance policy from weeks/months to few days and saves millions of dollars for leading Insurance companies across USA and Canada.

He is a hands-on leader across the complete product development life cycle with a proven track record in technology leadership, working in start-up mode, building & mentoring teams to achieve maximum effectiveness.

Sundaravadivel | Associate Vice President – IT Infrastructure

Sundar is an enterprise consultant with 20+ years of experience in consulting and architecting large scale projects in banking and airways sectors with middleware products. Over the years, he has acquired expertise in IT Infrastructure in Unix/Linux, Windows, and Cloud environments.

One of his most significant contributions has been setting up a strong IT Infrastructure Training wing for Teknoturf. Sundar also leads the Team that provides Technology support for all Operations. He has driven measurable changes in the organization’s systems and processes aimed at improving productivity, and efficiency in services delivery.

Abin. K. Abraham | Associate Vice President – Training

Abin is a Techno-functional consultant and corporate trainer with 16+ years of experience in consulting, architecting and developing IT projects across different domains including Retail, Automobile, Airline and Insurance.

He is highly rated for his ability to deliver training with practical insights in IBM and Open source technologies. His technical expertise includes functional and operational experience on Business Automation, Integration and data technologies involving products like BPM, BAW, ODM, SPSS, Cognos, MDM, Datastage, Qualitystage, DB2, Informatica, and APP connect.

He leads a dynamic technical team that handles corporate training Tekstac Technology Automations and Content Development, and brings out the best in people with his commitment to Quality, Ethics, and Customer needs.

Dr Hariprasad K S | Associate Vice President (Academic Initiatives)

He is a Subject Matter Expert in Mechanical Engineering and HR. As a dedicated practitioner, he has shared insights on Academia, Higher Education Innovation & Quality in various forums.

He holds a Bachelors and Masters in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA and a PhD specializing in Human Resources. His doctoral thesis on Motivational Factors of Knowledge Workers and Virtual Teams received accolades from an esteemed panel of international and national examiners.

An alumnus of Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Sathyabama University, Sikkim Manipal University and Bharathiar University, Dr Hariprasad exemplifies a blend of knowledge, leadership and steadfast dedication in the fields of education and research.
