Training
We have been training Fresh graduates for careers in IT since 1997. We have evolved from conventional in-person classroom offerings to blended approaches that integrate the best of online learning technologies with personalised guidance from subject matter expertise for learners.
We have conducted Initial Learning Programs for most leading IT companies. During the period 2003-2013, we were the ILP partner for TCS and trained over 20,000 employees for them. We continue to partner with large IT companies in skilling fresh recruits.
Our Hire-Train-Deploy model has been used by leading IT companies such as Cognizant, and Cap Gemini to source talented fresh graduates and skill for deployment in projects.
Our pre-Hire programs are used by leading companies such as Cap Gemini, Accenture, and Cognizant. These programs provide opportunities for potential employees to start their skilling while in college. A significant value is that young Learners get more time to practise, and acquire mastery of the fundamentals before they join the organization.

Teknoturf delivered its first career education class in 1997. Since then, it has helped provide a foundation for more than 175,000 IT professionals – professionals who began their IT learning as young students in Teknoturf and, who now are highly valued employees of some of the world’s leading Technology companies.
In the past, we have partnered with Colleges and Universities, such as Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Avinashilingam Deemed University, Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, and Sri Krishna Institutions, to conduct skilling programs designed for employment.
Our career development partnership with IBM began when we set up one of the first IBM ACE (Advance Career Education) Centers in India. Over the years, this partnership has resulted in various offerings designed to equip students with deep foundational and contemporary skills required for jobs such as Application Developer, Software Engineer, and Data Analyst.
