Teknoturf with its expertise in process modeling, enterprise architecture and integration, combined with its telecom domain understanding, created an integration platform.
Teknoturf strongly believed that a middleware with faster and reliable communication medium that supports multiple transport mediums could provide the solution to the client's problem. We proposed IBM WebSphere Message Broker v6.1 (IBM WMB) and IBM WebSphere MQ v6.0 (IBM WMQ) to address this challenge. To enhance the performance, Websphere Message Broker was used to guarantee that the performance for each service is <50ms. To deliver a rich process integration platform for enterprise services based on SOA, IBM suggested Websphere Process Server. IBM WMB can integrate with discrete backend systems as well as expose the services over discrete protocols for the client application to make use of these services. It can transform and route messages from disparate channels with different formats.
Teknoturf has been working with a major telecom provider in Middle East. The implemented architecture provides multiple channels for client applications to integrate with different services enabled by the integration platform. The functionality built was easily pluggable without major code changes. The Integrity of the transactions was maintained. It reduced time to market for new products/services and new channels. On-boarding of new partners was easy with reduced time and cost.
